Farmacia Verona Est Snc

I purchased an eye makeup pencil in the morning but someone had put a different color in the display than the tester I had tried and I didn't realize it until I was at home when I was about to put it back in the makeup case. In the afternoon I go back to the pharmacy with the receipt to ask to change the pencil with the color that I had tested with the tester but it was not possible because since the cap of the pencil was not sealed (it was already on sale as it was), they could no longer change it (rule company post Covid, P.S. there was no sign warning that it would not be possible to make a return or exchange). The solution was for me to buy the pencil of the color I wanted at a reduced price and keep the one I had purchased in the morning. I left without making the change as a matter of principle. The law provides that the goods can be replaced within the times established by law. Never again in this pharmacy. BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING IN THIS PHARMACY BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE.

Terrible pharmacy. I asked, by phone, to put some medicine away for me. When I went to collect them they had already made the receipt without giving me the opportunity to enter my tax code. To my complaint they replied that it was a few euros anyway... They decided for me!! Not recommended... I will never go back there again

It's close to my house but I walk to the pharmacy in the square rather... the pharmacist is not very helpful, and they didn't change a product I bought from them which was still sealed and which I bought by mistake (obviously with a receipt)... no problem I go to whoever is more available and competent.....
