Let's say that arrogance doesn't help, I'm not saying that the customer must always be right but at least recognize his own mistakes. If you order medicines and then forget them or can't find them, you cannot scold the customer and imply that he never asked for them, or ask for a medicine and go out with another because you are inattentive. I think that people go to the pharmacy because they almost always have health problems, not for fun so in my opinion there should be more attention and above all professionalism if a person is tired of doing their job it is better for them to retire.

I had a very bad experience with a rather tall middle-aged gentleman with chains around his neck and chewing gum, extremely unpleasant and rude who even allowed himself to make ironic allusions to the medicines I intended to buy. A very unprofessional thing. He allowed himself to make comments that I have never heard in my life in a commercial establishment. I won't set foot there again, there are other pharmacies in Mirandola where they treat you with kindness and professionalism.
