Farmacia Via della Vigna

I have been to a bunch of pharmacies in Florence but this one is my favorite because of the consistent excellent customer service. I always make sure to go here when I need a pharmacie. I have been here many times for different reasons, to get medications, vitamins, beauty or dental products. They also sell a great eye cream that is made by them. Everybody here is very nice but especially the lady pharmacists are very kind and it's a pleasure to be assisted by them. At times I have just gone in and asked advice about pains or issues I've had and they have suggested the appropriate medications. I can highly recommend this pharmacy and I will continue to keep going here.

Professional and kind service

I don't know to what extent they are incompetent or if there is even bad faith on the part of these pharmacists. In order not to lose the opportunity to make a sale, they gave me a drug that had nothing to do with what I needed. There is certainly a lot of incompetence and I could see it from the unpreparedness of the pharmacist who served me, who didn't even know lactose-free lactic ferments existed.

I can say with certainty that it is the best pharmacy in Florence! Even though I live outside the historic center, every time I need some medicine or some advice, I turn to them! Their preparation and honesty is out of the ordinary! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
