Very bad. I book the covid vaccine, I call about 5 days before the appointment just to be sure, also asking for a swab, since I have a fever, due to diverticula. At the same time, I take 2 home swabs with negative results and I warn you that the swabs are negative and that the low fever has already resolved and lasted only 2 hours, so these are my usual diverticula. When the time comes to get the vaccine, that is, about 5 days after the events described above, I am contacted by telephone by you and I discover that you have canceled my vaccination by inventing that I called you two hours ago saying that I would no longer come to get vaccinated . Never called and canceled the vaccine not even two hours ago as you claim. I haven't heard from you in a week. The worst is that you don't apologize. When I ask to speak to the lady with whom I had spoken days before, you tell me that she is not present at work! As!? her colleague is very present since she was whispering to her and suggesting the answers, she is also bringing back our old conversations dating back to last week. He just told her about an elderly gentleman who was urgent.. YOU HEAR EVERYTHING ABOUT HIS COLLEAGUER AND SHE DOESN'T REALIZE, furthermore, to defend the evil done, you even manage to become accomplice liars. A professional would have replied sorry and would not have started shouting on the phone behind the interlocutor, inventing cancellations that were never made with aberrant excuses. You could hear it all and I'm happy to tell you again. fools! When I ask you to undo your mistake and vaccinate me you tell me that you gave my place to an elderly gentleman. Now I understand what the rumor mill meant when she whispered about an urgent elder. I ask you when you gave up my seat to him and the whispering lady says: two hours ago! and then she brings me back two hours ago when she went wild. Ok I understand you had to do a favor for an elderly friend of yours and I was the most suitable candidate. You are so short-sighted and cunning that you can easily be caught out, if I had done the cancellation it would have been done five days earlier and that is when we spoke for the last time. And then, and then, when I ask her to talk to the whisperer, she makes up that her colleague isn't there while she's there next to her whispering. You could hear everything, OHH ARCTIC FOX! In fact, you had to help an elderly friend at the expense of others. There is no other explanation for your climbing on the windows at the speed with which you gave my place to someone else, and furthermore you even called me 2 hours before the appointment to warn me that I had unbooked another two hours before. Geniuses of the lamp, we had an appointment at 11.30, you called me at 9.40 to tell me that I canceled two hours ago. Two hours ago so it's 7.40. But you are closed at 7.40! If I messed up, and I underline it, 2 hours ago, I'll know! So you call back to notify everyone who canceled? Plus you don't even know how to do the math. Stories for elementary school children. The IMPROVISED! A company is the mirror of its boss. I don't even want to imagine who governs you! Nugali! P.s. As soon as I get the chance I'll come in and sing them in your face. We don't mess with people's health since I too am part of the urgent ones. And to do a favor for your friend you didn't even ask. SHAMEFUL. THEN I WANT TO TALK TO THE VOICER SINCE SHE DID EVERYTHING. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THERE IS NO I DO NOT ACCEPT EXCUSES EXCEPT THAT YOU FIRED HER. I AM INDIGNANT AND ANGRY SHAME ON YOU.

They gave me a quantitative and not a qualitative swab even though I had specified that I needed a qualitative one and when I asked for explanations the pharmacist didn't even know what I was talking about, I had to call the laboratory that processes the swabs to get explanations. I risked not leaving.

Bad experience, I had to take a swab because my mother was admitted to an RSA. On the phone I was told, setting up an appointment for the next day. I asked her the price and the lady replied that I would probably be exempt from paying for the visa. which was for a visit to the RSA without telling me the cost. Today I showed up to take the swab and when I said it was for a visit to the RSA I was told "and no to be exempt you had to book online" and when I told her that the day before I had asked by phone and I wasn't they had said nothing about that possibility in a completely rude way she said to me "look at it impossible I am the person responsible and it is impossible that this was reported to her" NOT RECOMMENDED at least for quick swabs, the most expensive in Monza 30 euros which for the quick swab is a scam.

I too have been served many times by a blonde lady, but always with courtesy and kindness, as well as professionalism. I have been going to that pharmacy for years, and I have always found it very good, so I would recommend it. sincerely.

I found myself in difficulty due to a strong allergy problem and I had forgotten my antihistamine at home and Mrs. Chiara helped me with great professionalism and availability despite having several clients waiting. A thousand thanks!!!!
