For the first time for my husband and I, going to the pharmacy becomes a joy. Doctors are very kind, courteous, competent but above all they treat us like dear friends. If there aren't many people, they always inquire about our health and also what we do and what we will do, it seems like we go instead of going to the pharmacy but to visit friends. Even the advice they gave us turned out to be really helpful. In short, I would never change "my" pharmacy for any other!!!!!
This was my favorite pharmacy until tonight, when they refused me the ATM for a €4 payment saying that "they have a rule not to accept it under €5". This is very incorrect, and also illegal: see law decree no. 179 of 2012 and the 2016 Stability Law
Very helpful. I had a big problem and I went around half of Como's pharmacies without finding a solution. They solved it for me. Their kindness goes beyond normal professionalism. A big thank you to the blonde doctor who helped me.

Rude staff, the first time I've had such a bad experience in a pharmacy! The gentleman who works there at the counter needs to check himself! Customers are not his relatives! A shame!!
