Just went to pick up birth control pills for my girlfriend. I'll start by saying that I don't know anything about it, I just offered to be a delivery boy. Once I arrive at the place I discover that there are problems with the recipe, I call my girlfriend and put her on the phone with the lady to see if she can understand what the problem is. She says that the prescriptions they had given her in the past were also like this and that the lady was the first to find something abnormal in them for which she could not provide us with the medicine. Up to this point no problem except that at a certain point perhaps annoyed by the questions (asked for the sole purpose of understanding the situation to find a solution) the lady says "I'm not here to teach you law" closes the shutter and sends me away in trouble way. Now I understand that the situation wasn't the simplest but being touchy is really unprofessional, if it bothers you to provide explanations maybe you're in the wrong job. The drug was not essential but if it had been I would not have hesitated to call the police, the pharmacy is not a luxury and the fact that there are shifts is proof of this, I sincerely hope that I will no longer need to turn to you.

Called on the phone to get information on a drug in stock and they responded in a very rude manner, also inviting me to take a product they already had at home since the other one had to be ordered; I very kindly pointed out that it had been prescribed to me by the specialist and they replied in a pedantic manner that the others are also prescribed by doctors and they hung up the phone because I simply said: "if it's a problem to ask I'll go to one other part." But who do you think you are? A pharmacy in the middle of the fields???? Update after seeing your response: Your tone shows once again how you treat people! Do you think people write negative reviews just for the fun of it? I don't have this bad habit, I'm sorry, but luckily I'm not used to being punched in the face either! There are ways and ways of treating people when working in contact with the public and above all of responding when a potential client just asks for information. I was not asked for my name several times as you wrote, but only once and in a rude way because I was annoyed, nor did you kindly indicate an alternative to my request, on the contrary, your proposal sounded rather like an imposition so as not to have to order more and try to sell what was in the house! Furthermore, I didn't make sterile arguments on the phone because to tell the truth I really didn't have the chance to talk, as the phone had already been hung up! If you don't want to apologize, at least tell the truth, which will make you look better, and avoid writing positive reviews yourself! Make you laugh!!! NB The young pharmacist who initially responded was really nice and kind, while the lady was the opposite.

I needed plasters for back pain and I enter this pharmacy for the first time, asking for information on a specific type of plaster, warning that other types cause major skin irritation. At this point, we don't know why the doctor has become very hasty, she tells me that she doesn't know what's inside the packages (I'll start by saying that I was the only customer at the time) and not very knowledgeable about the types of plasters (maybe it was enough to look on the computer like other pharmacies do when they don't have certain information) Conclusion I return home with the wrong patches since I couldn't even read the package and since I opened it I'd say with 15 euros wasted
