Great place and services

For many years now I have relied on this important healthcare provider in the Northern Rome area, which I consider to be at the forefront of prevention and prophylaxis programmes. I received the vaccine from them and was looked after impeccably from booking to the following days. Two years ago they definitively helped me with allergies by doing on-site tests and showing me nutritional plans. Competent and thoughtful staff in recommending medicines or supplements. Well-stocked cosmetics department, especially a cream against inexplicable itching on the chest and legs which resolved it. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience. I went to this pharmacy with a medical prescription that my doctor sent me via email. The pharmacy refused to give me the drug even though I had a doctor's prescription. Fortunately, they are not the only pharmacy in the area. It was enough to move 200 meters to find another pharmacy with much friendlier staff who wanted to do their job and within a few minutes I had my medicine. I happened to buy this drug (a simple painkiller) but I NEVER had these problems. Treated, among other things, badly.

In these difficult months a point of reference in the neighborhood; always smiling and available. The number of doctors at the counter has been doubled to try to avoid inconvenience due to queues as much as possible. They deserve an extra star!!

If there was the possibility to put ZERO stars I would! Terrible in everything, from the hostile service to the total lack of products and medications. Avoid!!!
