Spacious and tidy pharmacy. The staff is friendly and helpful. If a product is not available, they order it and it can be picked up in the afternoon or the next day. They also offer the fast swab service for Covid -19 tests. There is ample free parking.
I had to take several swabs after testing positive on December 31st. I will have done 3 swabs before the 31st and another 4 definitely to try to come back negative. The curly doctor has a kind soul... she took me to heart and got desperate with me every time I still tested positive. A stratospheric humanity, and a kindness that is now out of the ordinary. I live near IKEA and I have maybe a dozen pharmacies nearby... Villareia is my family's town... and from now on it will be my trusted pharmacy. Especially for the doctor, super kind. I greet you with affection, Claudia. She will remember me! The sweet doctor Daniela. We saw each other less with Dr. Chiara, but she closed my case and was also the best... they are two exceptional people!!! Experience professionalism..Thank you for everything
You should put two people in shifts. The staff are kind and do their best but it is not possible that there is just one person who has to do everything with 20 people queuing for the swab. I call and no one answers because they are going crazy serving everyone.
