I have always purchased from this pharmacy but the time has come to go elsewhere. This morning I called to ask if it was possible to have a product from a brand that the pharmacy sells (ProdecoPharma). Initially I was put on hold, to be told that they had an intimate gel, when I gave instructions for an anti-cold ointment. Whereupon I was told by the pharmacist, an impatient boy, that they didn't have it. I specified that the pharmacy has always given the possibility to order products that were not available and are usually ready for collection after 4pm on the same day. I ask the boy to kindly check as someone would have gone to collect it in my place, to which he finally tells me that yes, they have 20 pieces in the house. I thank him and ask him if he can give it to me, his angry response was: come to the counter and ask for it. So, now that I'm going to a PHARMACY and I'm not buying useless things, but products that I obviously need, and being a registered customer, I at least expect to be treated politely and not rudely dismissed after years and years of purchases. A shame because the pharmacy is large and among the best stocked, nevertheless ROUGHNESS and RUDENESS are not a good business card and as I used to order the products there, I will do it in another pharmacy.

Exemplary pharmacy!!!! Employees, well selected, very competent and kind patients, we willingly put ourselves in their hands for the advice they carefully dispense... Very competitive prices... nothing but the internet!!! Very efficient service and very comfortable environment. Nobody touches money because an automatic system is implemented, well before the pandemic. For the owner, who manages something that certainly goes beyond the company, and for all the employees: heartfelt congratulations!!!

Where the drug is not immediately available, the Visigalli pharmacy often has it in house; I would say very well stocked.
