I often frequent the Vitillo pharmacy and every visit is always a pleasure. In a frenetic city like Rome, where we are all caught up in our own fast pace, it is nice to find a pharmacy that guarantees fast and impeccable service. Unlike other pharmacies, here I have never had to wait long to be served. Recently, I had a small emergency on a Saturday and the doctors were extremely understanding and helpful. Furthermore, the pharmacy has a modern and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is always approachable and empathetic. Congratulations to the whole team and the owner for the excellent service! I just left the pharmacy very pissed off. I bought some mouthwash (Corsodyl) and asked the girl at the counter (half blonde) what it was for. She replied "for canker sores"... to which I asked what they were... well she replied in an astonished and pedantic way, making me feel ignorant. "But how? Don't you know what canker sores are?" At which point I ended the conversation and left. I suggest the Owner take greater care in choosing collaborators! (A little training wouldn't be bad! In fact, a minimum of education would be enough!). PS. And to think that a couple of years ago I had a chat with Doctor Vitillo (an exquisite person) and I congratulated him on the efficiency and how this pharmacy was managed... I don't know what has changed! I also remember that one day (so satisfied with how it was managed) I brought a very rich breakfast to all the staff! For example, the other day I was served by a very young girl (I think her name was Emilia), well she was exceptionally professional and kind...sometimes "seniors" should learn from the younger ones. Greetings, Side NB. I changed the stars from 1 to 5 precisely in relation to his response and also because, being a first-time customer, I consider it ungenerous to give only one star to this pharmacy after having met Doctor Vitillo and also knowing how much effort he has put in to obtain a level I dare say more than excellent! So I don't feel like it, I would be doing him a disservice! But you can suggest to your collaborators that a little more kindness, an extra smile... costs nothing!

Our pharmacies have now increasingly become our points of reference, trying to resolve our minor ailments as quickly and effectively as possible. In this very efficient pharmacy I found professionals with an edge ready to best advise me on the right product to solve my problem.
