After booking specifying 1 adult and 2 children, I waited more than 1/2 hour for them to take data, CI and health cards, they swabbed me and THEN I was told that they wouldn't do it for my children because they couldn't do it to the children: I specified that I booked, left my number... they could notify me! Attention, nothing is sensitive data, truly incompetent! In the end I had to go to Casale to get swabs done so that my children could go back to school on Monday. PS if I had booked for 2 children over the age of 18 I would have said "3 adults"!

While I understand the countless requests on the swab, being mistreated on the phone when you ask "with your head covered in ash" to be able to do it because the doctor ORDERED you to do it, is quite scary.. 01/19/2022 I didn't test positive, but negative. There must have been a misunderstanding. Having said that, those who read think I'm positive. I fully understand that the moment is particularly difficult for those who work in Italian pharmacies, but I believe there is a basic level of education as well as privacy to be implemented with a pharmacy customer.
