Never get your cholesterol tested at this pharmacy. It arrives this morning at 09:00 and they're already telling me... but there's a queue, there were 2 people, one of whom was leaving while I was checking out. When the doctor finished with the gentleman in front of me she started serving at the cash register, completely ignoring me. Faced with my suggestions, I was reluctant to reply that it's a pharmacy and those at the counter have priority...nice!! I paid for the test 20min before the customer you are serving and you didn't serve me. I'm going in to do the lancing device test. The doctor was not able to take blood with the micropipette and spread blood everywhere, with dirty gloves she continued to do the test, I don't formalize but she should have changed the gloves immediately.. In short. everything went wrong. A terrible service.

Never again 😡 a sleepless night for the cervical... I ask for a box of Sinflex and I am refused without a prescription 😡 zero empathy towards the customer. In Genoa I purchased 2 boxes the next day without problems. Never again 😡

Very friendly staff who know what they are doing. Every time they are at your service and give you excellent advice. They are smart but very professional. Then in the pharmacy you can find everything you need and if there isn't a medicine they'll get it to you. The best pharmacy you could wish for.

The least friendly pharmacy in Valenza, a bit of cheerfulness, a smile, damn, you always have a long face. If you are treated badly by the owner or have problems, stay home or close down. Already those who come to you are almost always people who have problems and when they come to you they later attempt suicide.

I went on Sunday with the prescription (6 drugs) sent to my cell phone. It took time to download it and the pharmacy was crowded. Despite this, the Doctor (blonde, long hair) served me with patience and courtesy. Thank you.
