My parents went in this morning for the free flu shot and the doctor was very kind and very courteous. Gloves, disposable gown protectors etc.... My parents were very satisfied and happy with the Doctor's and Pharmacy's customer service. Congratulations Colleague!!!!

I went there today with my husband for a vaccination. Very nice and well-stocked pharmacy. Courteous and prepared staff. Recommended.

I went there for the first time when it was open for the Sunday shift. Small pharmacy in the Salute hamlet of Livenza, but sufficiently supplied with a modern and functional environment 👍. Not very visible from the road, I personally had never noticed it 😳. Limited parking 🅿️. It left me perplexed that you are not given or asked if you want a medicine bag... 🙈🙄. NB: The pharmacist was not aware that paying in cash cannot deduct the expense, for information an electronic traceable payment is necessary, so it is useless to ask for the health card, then since she told me that it was deducted... to make her happy I gave him the card... Things shouldn't be done automatically but with a grain of salt 😂🙄🙈 Comparing it with other pharmacies in the area, we need to improve the relationship with the customer.

Not resident in the city, I asked for a medicine which was delivered to me without a prescription. Here it is not possible, I asked how I could solve the problem since the drug is necessary and my doctor is 500km away, the answer was that I need the prescription. Thanks, I'll travel 500 km for a 7 euro drug. To be avoided
