BAD experience! I don't usually shop at this pharmacy, but yesterday I was passing by and I stopped to buy two packs of antigenic swabs. Well, they sold me a product very close to expiring. In fact, the reagent inside the test tube had dried up almost completely, to the point that it was impossible for me to put three drops into the test cassette. To my complaints, one of the pharmacists (unpleasant and rude) replied that to get the three drops I would have to press the swab with my fingers. Dismayed by this suggestion, I pointed out that the information leaflet recommended washing your hands carefully and that in any case there was no trace of what had just been suggested. The response from the rude pharmacist was immediate: >... This explains one of the many reasons why in the period of greatest contagion from SARS-CoV-2, there were so many positive people in circulation!
