I would like you to explain to me what happened to this pharmacy which for years was my trusted pharmacy with friendly, attentive and competent staff. For months the rudeness of those inside who I had never seen before has been making me bitter. Has management changed? Because I strongly believe that if kindness, the prerogative of this job and aimed at those who are ill or in need of help, is not up their alley, perhaps it is time to make a drastic change. I'm sorry I can't come there anymore... But the rudeness is too much.
