Farmacia Zampelli S.r.l

I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment my brother and I received when we attempted to return a defective item purchased from Farmacia Zampelli Srl. On April 5, 2024, we purchased the ThermoGel 10 x 26 item with high expectations of its effectiveness and quality. However, after using the product as directed, i.e. with the microwave and a bowl of water, the item broke unexpectedly when we removed it from the water. This event was not only disappointing but also concerning for the safety of its users. In light of this problem, we promptly turned to Farmacia Zampelli Srl to ask for assistance and possibly replace or refund the defective item. However the treatment we received from the gentleman, who is the owner and pharmacist, was far from satisfactory. He displayed rudeness, arrogance and lack of helpfulness, which significantly increased our frustration and disappointment. The recent experience and treatment by the Zampelli family has left us disheartened and wondering where common decency has gone.
