The pharmacy is located in the town center of Sirone and is very small and sometimes you have to be patient and wait for service. On the other hand, I find the doctor very kind and friendly, he never shies away from discussion and advice. With a simple phone call I order the medicines and if desired they can also be delivered to my home. Satisfied!
The pharmacy and staff is pre-medieval, with a persistent damp smell. Honestly, it doesn't give me much confidence to go in to ask for advice or to buy medicines in such an out-of-date and clean environment. The doctor who served me was rude. Unfortunately, as it is the pharmacy in my town, I often find that the drugs are not available and have to be ordered. In times of need you need solutions and not waste of time. I hope that this pharmacy can change management quickly with staff who are more inclined to interact with customers. I do not recommend this old time pharmacy.
The staff is really friendly and competent, furthermore the drugs are almost always available immediately, or at most available in a short time, really nothing negative to say
