Very friendly staff.
Dr. Zecchini is an angel. I showed up with my 2 year old daughter! at 3 in the morning to do an urgent strep swab and she was the most humane person I could meet, she understood the situation and welcomed us immediately. Thanks thanks thanks Vanessa and Giorgia
Uneducated and ignorant staff!! I went for a swab at 6.25pm and on the sign it was written until 6.45pm, despite this the pharmacist did not accept me, because the swabs, according to her, require technical time and the operator had to leave. I believe that the information should be clear: "swabs are carried out up to half an hour before the scheduled time!!!!" It had to be written like this! I took the swab at the National pharmacy in via Marconi at almost 7pm (end time for swabs) with exquisite and polite staff.
What can I say... a guarantee! All the staff are trained, professional and kindly help you with your purchases of medicines, cosmetics, and everything you may need for sport, hygiene and health in general. They also carry out some laboratory tests, blood pressure measurement and much more. Dr. Lorenzo and his collaborators are the Top for me. In the center of Ancona (Piazza Roma). Easy to find; feel free to ask for advice... they will always be able to answer you in the best way
