I would have given 5 stars because the staff is really kind and helpful, but I came to remove the ear plug and I was not checked either before or after removal with the otoscope. I find it very important to do this to see both if there is inflammation in the ear and to see if the plug has been completely removed.
Some doctors are kind, one in particular should look for another job, because she is mean, rude, both with clients and with colleagues. I hope she goes away, or gets her license.
