Shameful to say the least! I would like to point out that I did not demand anything but that I kindly asked if it was possible to take a swab without a reservation. Well, this is where the agony begins! I have been in business for years and have to deal with people and I have never given this treatment to anyone. It was already clear to me how it would end when I was told "ok, let's do the swab between one and the other" 🤦🏻‍♂️ I realized the answer didn't make any sense... "between one and the other" who? And by the way, "when"? And without taking my name, when would they call me? And all my doubts born from a meaningless answer were realized at 6.30 pm when, after more than an hour and a half in the cold at a temperature of 0 degrees, after having waited for all the people before me, after having seen other people arrive and take the swab and leave, after having seen yet other people arrive take a swab and leave, after having been politely there in silence, after having seen the swab taken immediately and without waiting for two people with appointments to the next day and finally, after having seen more than 4 people who were absent at roll call called and continue to move forward with the names on the list... I understood that the phrase "we'll call her between one and the other" was a real own mockery 🤦🏻‍♂️😂 Ridiculous! Absolute lack of professionalism Without justification I would have preferred a firm "no" but I wouldn't have spent an afternoon in the cold! If you make a commitment you respect it or otherwise you don't make it When I approached and pointed out that perhaps it was the right time for me to leave since I was only there to get cold, they couldn't even answer me, they stammered, zero professionalism They may know how to do swabs but they know very little about people I certainly wouldn't have sent away a disgruntled person but after all that time in the cold I would have at least apologized and taken a swab instead of stuttering, but they probably didn't even know who I was anymore 🤦🏻‍♂️ I advise you not to make promises that you cannot keep, especially if you have little memory and little organizational capacity If you want to make a commitment, you immediately clarify to the customer how you will organize it and don't throw yourself out on the street for hours in the cold. You could ask to come back, you could take the name but above all if you call four people on the list who are absent then maybe that's the moment to put into practice the fabulous phrase "I'll do it between one and the other" 🤦🏻‍ ♂️😂 They will never see me again If you can avoid going there, do so. A little further on inside the town of Vetralla there are two other more serious ones

One star just because it is the minimum rating, but to be objective the rating is totally negative. They don't have standard drugs ("out of stock"), they don't have standard parapharmaceuticals for the same reason as above, slower than an arthritic sloth in serving. Bad experience, I hope that this business takes advantage of the criticism it receives to change this trend.

I live in Rome and I was near Vetralla when my partner and I, suffering from a very strong allergic attack, had a very urgent need and the terrible idea of looking for the only open pharmacy in the area, precisely Sunday 25 April 2021, 6 pm Approximately .30. Bad idea because the only pharmacy, the "Zonghi in question", despite being the only pharmacy open within a 30 km radius, still has a different address on Google and a completely different location which is about 3 km from its actual location location. Aware of the fact that no business owner is obliged to update and/or indicate precisely where their business is located, the following review has the sole purpose of reporting that the position of the only pharmacy open on Sundays in Vetralla indicated on Google is incorrect, in the hypothesis that some unfortunate person who is not local has the pressing and very urgent need like myself to purchase a medicine. I wasted a minute of my life writing all this, not so much because I spent half an hour in vain while my girlfriend wasn't breathing, but rather because the girls who were in the pharmacy that day also allowed themselves to be ironic about our note to update the position of the business that gives them a salary every month. I get up🏳
