Many people say it, especially older people who don't know how to write reviews, and so I do it for them, because it happened to me too. The owner shoves related products inside you, making them seem indispensable/important. Then in the end you find yourself having paid 3 times as much for the side product as the main one you went to the pharmacy for. It is the classic cross selling sale; but you fool me once. 1 customer lost.
