After taking the swab in the pharmacy in Piazza Garibaldi, I was called for the result which unfortunately was positive. While I was waiting for the documentation, I was exhorted in a truly grumpy and rude manner by the owner to wait outside. Organize your work better "VERY KIND" doctor, and don't allow yourself to treat me like a plague victim. Terrible experience and terrible professionalism

Terrible! Arrogance. Presumption. They first accept reservations for small children and then change their minds based on the lunar movement. Since no one in Andora swabs such young children, the response of the "staff" is MAKE IT YOURSELF. Professionalism is something else.

I requested a drug that they didn't have and I had it provided. I was able to collect it 5 days after they got it for me and it had already been returned to the supplier. It was explained to me in a rude way that tourists order and then don't collect the reserved medicines for which I paid the consequences.

Booked a swab for my partner who had to travel on Saturday at 6.20pm Result? PHARMACY CLOSED ALL AFTERNOON. Luckily there are serious pharmacies in Alassii. English Pharmacy called explained the problem swab done in 1/2 hour.. what can I say...

terrible, swab booked for 11.40, I arrive at 11.50 after having warned by telephone that I might be late because there was traffic on the motorway, THREE, I mean THREE people who do nothing at that moment, I hear them reply that now they no longer have time because I'm late... I try to explain to her that we have a reservation at the hotel for lunch, my husband and 2 small children, I hear the owner reply that we would be late at the hotel as we were late there and she tells us to return no earlier than 4pm.. .they should be ashamed for the pitiful scene in front of my children who can't understand why she behaved like this... education and kindness are something else, I won't go back there again
