I am forced to give one star due to the numerous negative experiences I have had. Pharmacists should understand that anyone entering is facing health issues and be as sensitive as possible. More unpleasant things have happened to me. In addition to not accepting digital prescriptions saying that we are no longer in a pandemic and this service is no longer available when we are still in an emergency, they never have drugs and when they are ordered and paid for, they forget to write down the payment and request further payment and you have to show the receipt. Another time I delivered three prescriptions and only received two boxes of medicines, I expect attention and sensitivity instead of total indifference and lack of professionalism. There is probably a need for further refresher courses to treat the customer who, before being a customer, is a person with health problems.
