For me it is super comfortable and I have always felt very comfortable with it. They are super helpful and competent even just for advice. The ordered medicines always arrive on time. The opening hours are quite strict (as in almost all pharmacies in the city) but you just need to organize yourself so as not to arrive at the last moment or in case of emergency (which unfortunately always happens) go to the open pharmacies.
My girlfriend and I made more than 30 calls to book a swab without receiving an answer. The municipality should cut off some heads and hire people who want to work!
I went here early this morning, swab booked 5 days ago, terrible service because the waiting times are very long!! Appointment 9.25am and I came in at 10.10am!!
unfortunately at 12.28 the pharmacist lowered the shutter halfway and refused to let me in. I absolutely needed the bisopropol!,, thank you. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I was able to go to the Triante pharmacy which was always open. with competent and extremely courteous staff!,,,,,,
