It is a comfortable and well-stocked pharmacy, the most congenial aspect for me was when it became an Amazon collection point. It's a shame that since then they have placed more and more time restrictions and now parcels can be collected from Monday to Friday from 930 to 1230 and from 1530 to 1830: if I was available in these time slots I would have had them delivered to my home😅 the usefulness of collection points at third parties is precisely the availability in flower hours from the classic working hours.
I tried to call several times, they don't answer the phone, I had to go to the pharmacy in person just to ask for information and when I got there, the phone kept ringing and none of the 2 pharmacists (of which only one was busy with customers) replied. In the pharmacy, at that moment, there were only 2 customers besides me. Only on a subsequent occasion, when I had to book a medicine, did they answer the phone, telling me in an annoyed tone that they didn't have that medicine (without even checking) and that if I wanted to book it I had to go to the pharmacy or communicate via WhatsApp (without provide me with the number) because she had 3 customers to serve.
Excellent location and certainly well-stocked pharmacy... shame about the terrible experience I had with the Doctor who served me... whose foreign accent I only appreciated... I understand the period of high stress but... we are suffering everyone in other sectors too...
