One star is more than enough. More courtesy, professionalism and patience is required especially for this type of work. My rating remains low, because over time the attitudes of the ladies behind the counter have remained the same. If I ask for a product the pharmacist should give me more choice instead of just bringing out the most expensive product. Then they make a face of disappointment if I ask for other less expensive products. 😖
