Courteous, precise and available. Their advice is always "spot on". An eye for the elderly people of the neighborhood... about whom they remember almost everything. The historic pharmacy of the Collatino district. Doctor Linda is a guarantee.
Terrible pharmacy. I had asked for a coi for an operation they gave me a simple quick unhygienic procedure, the operation was postponed and when I called to complain from the hospital they were all available and apologised, then when I went to get my money back they said that they had done it to me and it was my fault.. shameful unprofessional people.. keep the 20 euros if they make you rich and use them hoping they will help you!
The owner seemed friendly, but unfortunately he was busy with other people, and so I ran into a younger member of the staff, who rather than satisfy the only customer in line (me) started reordering thirty-thousand boxes of medicines, just to I could wait all the time in the world for him. I was tempted to leave without making my purchase, but you go to the pharmacy out of necessity; However, I will certainly never come back here again, and if you want to be treated with respect, do as I do. I'm giving one star because you can't do less.
