Unfortunately, since all the old staff retired, this pharmacy is no longer the same, the staff made up of very young girls are grumpy, unhelpful, dull and certainly don't make you want to return to this pharmacy... How I miss them 😟 kind pharmacists who always had a smile on their faces (almost all of them 🤗) and sometimes, if there was no one in the queue, we would even have a chat about health or any effects of the drugs. Two stars, for encouragement to improve customer service!
Absolutely negative experience for night service. Not having the medicine in the shop they directed me to the Tirano pharmacy and not to the nearest pharmacies. Just discharged from Pavia hospital and arrived in Sondrio late in the evening.
Excellent pharmacy, well stocked. Location not too convenient, as there is no parking.
Arrogant and conceited. Every time it's a terrible experience in here.
