Great place and nice assortment
I went to this pharmacy (where I had never had problems before this episode) during the week on duty, in particular it was 2.45pm, actually there were a few minutes left before opening but I had just left the emergency room with my 9 month old baby and I was in a hurry to buy what was prescribed and go home. I ring the intercom asking for the medicine and the pharmacist replies that the pharmacy opens in 10 minutes, at which point I ask her if the pharmacy wasn't on duty and in a way that I perceived as quite annoyed she comes to open the door for me. Furthermore, I ask her if the tax code was needed and she replies no, then giving me only the POS receipt and no receipt for the 730 deduction. Honestly, I often go to the pharmacy in Piazzale Toccalli and I have never had such unpleasant treatment, even during the closing hours of the pharmacy when on duty. Next time I'll go elsewhere..
It's always been my pharmacy... you feel at home because the owners and staff are available for any advice and kindness sets them apart. Wide choice also in the early childhood sectors with Chicco games, cosmetics and skin care with various brands and many food products for celiacs, including frozen ones.
THE best pharmacy in Sondrio, staff always friendly and helpful.
