I went on Saturday to buy some drugs (antibiotic ovules) and two other products, I spent around fifty euros, on Monday I came back to change a package because in reality I could do without it, the little box was perfectly intact and not even opened and yes they refused to change it, they didn't even check whether the conditions of the product were suitable and they said that the philosophy was that if the drug goes out then it cannot be brought back (this, I pointed out, would be right for drugs from the fridge or which have particular conservation specifications) but they asserted that if I returned the same day they would return it, since more than 24 hours had passed and they couldn't. So if someone buys a drug in the morning and tampers with it in the evening they can change it, but if it starts the next day they can't... you're really ridiculous.

Very attentive to covid regulations but available to customers. Very well stocked. It is one of the oldest pharmacies in Livorno. In addition to medicines, they offer excellent cosmetic products and supplements. Great
