Presented for gauze due to a cut on my right thumb and therefore not able to use my hand to dress the wound, I am denied help despite obvious discomfort and difficulty in order not to take responsibility by saying that I am not able to apply the gauze because he is not a doctor but giving me advice on what to do as if he were a doctor. Shabby and unfortunately classic Italian attitude, I wish those who didn't help me the same situation in reverse, a hug and merry Christmas
