Average pharmacy store
A pharmacy truly to be recommended, I phoned to take a strep test and with infinite kindness the procedure to be followed before the swab was explained to me, then my son went to do it and found equal kindness and courtesy with advice for a sore throat given the negativity found. I truly thank them from the bottom of my heart for their professionalism made available with kindness and patience.
They never answer the phone: yet it's not a pizzeria.... Not serious and not reliable. I used to go often with the recipes but I won't set foot there again!!!! At the Portuense pharmacy (also 24 hours a day) they responded in two seconds.
I was there yesterday but it didn't feel like being in a pharmacy, it didn't have that feeling of professionalism and cleanliness that you would expect. The staff dresses in a way that doesn't suit the environment. Yesterday I was served by a person in jeans and a worn football shirt (among 'the other also grumpy) while the other had a black t-shirt with drawings and an open coat over it, it looked more like being in a workshop.
A few days ago I cut my finger at home while I was alone in the kitchen, I got scared and ran to the pharmacy, even though there was a queue they sat me down straight away, they reassured me, they treated me and took my blood pressure, I I was assisted by a very sweet doctor who stayed with me until I felt calm. This humanity is rare. Thank you !
