I don't know if it is only with me but there is this one who serves client and lament at the same time like i always hope to never bump into her but God aint listening. Just for getting diapers i just have to wait 20 minutes coz she couldn't find the code. I am. So done.

I enter the pharmacy, as usual, I take the ticket for the queue. I wait 10 minutes, then it's my turn, I go to the cashier to ask to pay the ticket for an ultrasound and he tells me that I have to wait, even though it was my turn and he lets a person who arrived clearly after me pass. Does this seem professional and serious to you? If you think you won't gain anything from it, don't take certain services, otherwise behave like serious people. The doctor was brazen and practically refused to pay me. I don't remember the name otherwise I would have written it. You have lost customers!!! Afas blah blah blah

4 stars for the very kind and helpful lady. It's not that he sells the products and just collects but he responded to me and dedicated time. I appreciate it. Then here I got my blood donor card and bought products that helped me or that I gave as gifts. A nostalgic place for me.

I am 34 weeks pregnant, I take the entrance ticket to access the pharmacy with priority for pregnancy. I waited over 20 minutes and when I got to the counter to book a service I was told that I would have to wait longer because priority had to be given to other customers as there were too many people in the pharmacy to serve. So if you have to buy, rest assured that you can also get ahead of pregnant women despite the right of precedence. I will never set foot in this pharmacy again.

Queue Eliminator NEVER working. This means that everyone must be gathered together so as not to miss their turn. Today, after the umpteenth time in which I have to stop someone who is passing in my place, I point out that the monitor should be turned on and make sense of the numbers that are taken by the people at the entrance. The doctor's response: "No, there isn't. It doesn't work. You MUST queue the old fashioned way." Very bad, for the tone of the response but above all for the content. Not allowing customers to maintain the minimum safety distance required by current regulations is very serious, especially if it is the failure of a monitor that prevents this. Even more so if it is a pharmacy. Is it a hassle to scroll that little number? I'll help you solve the problem: you'll never have to swipe my number again, guaranteed.
