I have to say that except today, for the rest of the days the treatment was good and friendly, the staff actively cared to help me and offered various options. But today's situation is truly unacceptable and embarrassing, I went with a prescription made by my doctor and he had forgotten to fill in some personal information but nothing difficult to resolve, despite this, the pharmacist decided to raise her voice as if it were me the culprit and to question the documents brought. All this while people waited in line. In a superb tone she irreverently asked us for our telephone number and the doctor's name and concluded with an out of place comment alluding to the fact that yesterday we had not chosen a drug she suggested without knowing anything about my clinical case. It is shameful that people like this work with the public and tarnish the work of their colleagues.

I went to this pharmacy by chance while on holiday and I found a fantastic welcome, a very kind doctor understood my problem and solved it in an instant. Highly recommended.

On 04/23/2022 at 01:20 at night I went to the pharmacy because my 2 and a half year old son was ill... I asked the pharmacist for advice and every time she responded in a rude way, I asked him here you times a day I had to give him nurofen, he replied, listen to the pediatrician... these people shouldn't work for the public especially in a pharmacy where they should help people instead of being grumpy!

You can rely on them, they always find the right solution to every problem, I often go there when I'm in the center of Perugia because they have many homeop products
