I called this morning to check the availability of a medicine: working, I don't have time to go back and forth in person... Whoever answered told me rudely that he didn't have time to spend on the phone, because he was on people. I can understand this, but you could have kindly asked me to call back... I don't understand how some people can stay in contact with customers. They should do something else in life!

I'm very sorry to make this negative review because overall, as a pharmacy, you are one of the most competent and well-stocked in the area. I have been ordering your galenics for years, my complaint concerns the 5mg melatonin pills, for a year now, each blister contains 20 tablets, it's a shame that every time at least 2 or 3 tablets literally crumble into dust, if I'm lucky, I can recover the powder and take them anyway, but this is not how it should be, I have already pointed out, once I was given a few more blisters as an accommodation, but despite the reassurances of improvement, lately it has been worse, on 20 tablets I throw away 6 or 7 at least. I know you already know the problem. I hope this review helps you truly improve.
