Disappointed. After waiting 20 minutes in the queue outside the pharmacy (there was often a queue), when I asked for the product I needed I received looks of contempt/disgust from the shop assistants - I refuse to call them pharmacists. Aside from them not knowing what a tick extractor was, the thing that really bothered me was the insensitivity towards the customer/patient's issues. There is nothing worse than feeling judged by a healthcare professional.

I'm calling to make a quick swab appointment. (pharmacist) no reservation needed, come at 4pm in the afternoon. Excellent pharmacy stocked with quality products of all kinds. I practice sports at a competitive level and here I have found many products suitable both for a good diet and for giving my best in the gym and during competitions. A place crammed with various goods with a long counter and several pharmacists serving customers, you can see that it is usually very crowded as there is a wait with the number. The person who served me was kind
