Myself and 2 friends needed a rapid test for a cruise. The staff where so helpful. Thankfully we was negative. They printed off the correct documentation. Very professional
Competence and professionalism. Wide choice of pharmaceutical products, cosmetics and more... Good distribution of products in large, well-maintained display spaces. Not just the sale of medicines but the provision of very useful health services.
A pharmacy for COVID-19 tests!!! Very friendly, quick and possible without an appointment, even for tourists! Cost: €22 per person, waiting time before and after the test is approx. 45 minutes. Highly recommended!!! Addition 8/27/21: You need an appointment, but if you ask kindly and point out the journey home, a test will be carried out. We recommend
I give one star because I can't do less. About 1 year ago, 10 people and I were queuing outside the pharmacy to take a swab, which we did in the exposed gazebo. After a while a person came out, I presume a doctor who was not at all discreet and calling us by name she said the result of someone who had already done the test. Unfortunately, a young man and I were positive for Covid. And he said it so loudly so that the people who were there could hear it and even those who were passing by at that moment. I didn't go to make a complaint inside the pharmacy, worried as I was about my condition. But I wonder, in times like ours, where so much emphasis is placed on respect for privacy, for these people education, rules, apparently don't know what they mean. Reading some other reviews, there are those who called the staff of this establishment "rude" and "rude". How to blame. I'll respond to what you wrote below. Meanwhile, precisely because my name is visible, if I put a star without reasons, you would have asked me why, but if I gave my personal details, it reveals that I have nothing to hide and if I expressed my bitterness after some time from that episode, due to your incorrect behavior and lack of delicacy, it means that there is no expiry date. And it is not true that, as you claim, the swab service was denied to me by other businesses (which I remind you that it is not and was not free) because you cannot know it and justify your behavior, which is inexcusable with this sentence , it's even worse. Simply, in that period the demand was very pressing and many pharmacies did not provide the swab service without an appointment. I found your pharmacy and made use of it, given my suspicion of being affected and therefore it was my concern to protect myself and the people close to me. I'm sorry that this has turned into a controversy, but it's right that when a customer or even someone who isn't, turns to an establishment, and as in my case, and with others, a mistake has been made, one shouldn't try at all costs to be right, but apologies are welcome accompanied with a modicum of humility.
Excellent pharmacy, full of services and products. The pharmacists are kind and knowledgeable. If you need to book a hospital medicine it arrives the morning of the next day. Possibility of carrying out a swab, issuing the green pass (2 days if negative).
