Visited as a tourist. The female pharmacist was professional and friendly. Thanks for saving my holiday.
The pharmacist, I assume she is also the owner, is rude to customers and truly unprofessional. I am reporting this review after my sister went to the pharmacy to request a reservation for some medicines and was treated very badly as she was missing some data and was also verbally attacked despite being visibly in difficulty and shaken. Furthermore, an elderly person before us asked for advice and was looking for a dialogue with the pharmacist about a problem, who "silenced" him in a cold and detached way by putting a homeopathic product costing 50 euros on his bill! The elderly man, visibly embarrassed, paid the bill with his head down and never spoke again... a scene that broke my heart! I remember that customers are also patient, with problems and that they trust you!! They shouldn't be scammed and treated like this!
I called last night because my daughter urgently needed a medicine, my husband arrived shortly after closing time and the pharmacist was waiting for him, luckily these people also exist! Kind and professional! Thank you thank you
