The service of the staff given to the customers is about 7 star ! Very polite humble and professional! They describe every details of the Medicine with nice gesture ! It’s near the city and hospital the location is ideal as well as the hours are suitable if you are not free at the day time you can pass even at the late evening
We just left this pharmacy now. We went to get medicine for my throat. After we found it we spent some time looking around to see if there was anything else. While we did this , One of the pharmacists came over, ostensibly to show a tea, but really to check we weren’t stealing anything. The female assistant was looking at us, specifically to my wife with a very bad expression. All because we are not italian. This is not the first timE that my wife has experienced a different treatment in this pharmacy because she is not from here. This is racism and xenophobia. When we finished I told the pharmacist that this was discrimination and he agreed and said he was sorry. I asked that he pass the complaint to the owner and I will be going back to make sure this happens.
People are fluent in English, perfect service
