For an English speaking person in Italy, to find someone who can communicate well in English is always nice surprise. I went there to book my COVID19 vaccine and I had amazing experience of my life, thanks to young lady who was amazingly good with English. Staff is very caring, polite and helping in all possible ways.

The staff is really kind and competent and the doctor. Vittorio Zamboni is always available to give advice and have a chat with lonely and confused elderly people who can no longer find their way with the times we are living in. Sometimes a few words work better than an anti-depressant. Quick to order drugs not in pharmacies and, in other words, a pharmacy with a capital F.

Incompetent. Having booked the swab online, they couldn't find the reservation, furthermore they didn't want to swab my son as he had a temperature of 36.6°C, a fever according to them and therefore not asymptomatic! But is it possible???

Very kind and competent owner and with the right suggestions at the appropriate time dictated by experience, the pharmacy has an edge when it is present.
