Terrible pharmacist does not agree to the sale of an antibiotic in case of a painful infection

I was looking for a non-commercial product and I found it there, but the girl who served me didn't seem very kind, at least towards me. Then the pharmacist intervened so kindly that he made me feel at ease again

Attracted by the writing "masks and hand gel are on sale today only", I entered the pharmacy last Saturday and found myself among 20 people without the minimum safety distance being respected. The masks were not those for covid and were sold for €7 each and the hand gel (anonymous not Amuchina or other known names) sold for €7.5!!! Profiting from a health emergency like the one we are experiencing is disgraceful and putting customers at risk by filling a pharmacy with misleading messages is equally scandalous!!

Shame. I call the pharmacy to purchase masks, a "gentleman" answers and confirms availability, informing me of the price (I refrain from commenting on it). I ask to put 2 aside and, after an initial reluctance, he takes my name and confirms around 2pm as the time to collect the products. I go to the pharmacy, I find it closed and the notice "no masks finished" appears on the window, I still ring the bell and get no answer. I thought that reducing expenditure and making it targeted was an attitude to be encouraged, but instead it is profit that guides action, always.
