Given the numerous pharmacies in Bologna, I feel lucky that we found this particular one. My girlfriend and I were in the middle of a Bologna trip when she got sick. We came to this pharmacy to pick up her medicine. The pharmacist was amazing. She was friendly, spoke English, thoroughly explained the medication instructions, and took the time to throw in some words of comfort and reassurance. We honestly weren't expecting this level of kindness from a simple trip to the pharmacy. My partner felt a lot better just from her bedside manner. Thank you again for being so friendly and for helping two travelers who speak zero Italian.
