Always very kind and prepared

I have dealt with this pharmacy several times, which is why I wanted to share this review, reporting two experiences in particular: there was a period in which this summer I wasn't feeling well due to the heat and I even struggled to get out of bed , but we know well that the waits in the emergency room are long, as is getting checked out at any clinic, so I went to the pharmacy in the Borgo. They were super attentive, they welcomed me and reassured me, they made me sit down and took my blood pressure with extreme care. Yesterday I needed them again to prescribe two drugs for bronchitis, they showed me various alternatives based on my preferences (trivially the taste of the blood thinner and the possibility of taking an antibiotic in dispersible form because I explained to them that I struggle to swallow large tablets) so I once again felt taken care of 360 degrees. It is not a given to find people who love their work as much as they do and listen not only with their ears but also with their hearts to the patient's needs. I am really satisfied and I want to congratulate them again. EXCELLENT in every way. Thanks again

I come from Vanzago (which has the pharmacy), to find COURTESY, SENSITIVITY, CUSTOMER ATTENTION and FRIENDSHIP! The Doctor always gives out supportive smiles with disarming kindness. This evening he told me: "let's try to make those who are sick feel good!" You should give good manners courses to pharmacists who don't even know what kindness is! THANK YOU because since I discovered you I am more at peace that whatever I need in the future I will always be able to count on you! THANK YOU!!

A top pharmacy always friendly, available with explanations and have everything you need... which pharmacy calls you to get more information for what you ask for?? Always 5 stars top.
