Negative experience. I asked for a specific medicine, explaining to the pharmacist that it was for my son who had had ear infection and at the same time also had an earwax plug, the pharmacist gave me another one saying that it was equivalent. On the way home I read on the leaflet that it was not recommended for use in case of ear infections. I went back to the pharmacy to ask them to exchange it and they refused, saying they couldn't do it because they didn't know how I had stored it. I would like to point out that the drug did not require any particular conservation and in any case they would have, in my opinion, had to make up for their mistake by reimbursing me.

Empathy towards people totally absent. My daughter broke her finger (displaced fracture, will need surgery) locking her car in front of the pharmacy, she went in asking for help, very agitated with the pain, and their response to her request for a bag of ice was that she should have pay it. Later, my daughter made the mistake, probably due to the excitement of the moment, of not thanking her adequately and for this she was scolded in front of all the customers. I haven't entered this pharmacy for years due to the rudeness and arrogance of the owners, but despite this I would have stopped by with my daughter to say thank you and pay what was due, once calm was restored. It will never happen again.

Rude people work inside this pharmacy, who do not know how to treat or communicate with the patient. They won't see me again.

1 star because you can't do less. Rude, irritating, hateful! They don't respond to the greeting, they snort, roll their eyes and treat everyone like a fool. Absolutely avoid, never again!

Pharmacy absolutely not recommended. I arrive from Pogliano, as the one in the town was closed and I make 2 laps of Vanzago by car to find a parking space. Finally I manage to park and I find the doctor serving me, with an arrogance and full of himself like I've never seen. I explain the problem to him and he replies with a smug air, walking in the opposite direction to me, without calculating me. I go to another pharmacy, where with a smile they solved the same problem for me in an instant.
