I am writing this message to infinitely thank the staff of this pharmacy for their great professionalism and humanity. For a long time my mother was a customer and they were always close to her until the end of her days. A pharmacy is obviously a commercial business, but with the particularity of operating in the most important thing we have, which is health. For an elderly person, therefore, knowing that they can count on advice and a smile is very important. Thanks to all the staff and especially to Terry. I am very grateful to you. MP

I tried to get some condoms from their machine on Friday, but nothing came out, just putting in my €4. I went on Saturday morning and they asked me to come in the afternoon because they were closing (in a very rude manner among other things). I wasn't able to get through, today Tuesday, I go and they still have to check the cameras, asking me to come another time when they would call me. They talk as if the problem wasn't theirs, as if it was my fault for going there and not because their machine is broken.

It's disgusting, they continue to keep the machine on outside even though they know you're stealing money. Dishonest and disrespectful staff and owners

I went to this pharmacy on January 1st in the evening because it was the one on duty. The opening time was 7.45pm. I was there at 8pm and it was still closed. After 10 minutes I see a boy arriving on a scooter and I ask him if he was the pharmacist, he replies yes but that I would have to wait 10 minutes. I point out to him that I had already been waiting for 10 minutes and he very rudely tells me that 10 plus 10 is 20! Since I wasn't feeling well at all, I waited... when he finally decided to open the door, I asked him for the medicine. For the payment I give him the ATM... he didn't have a portable POS, much less a contactless POS. So I say, apart from the guy's rudeness, how is it possible that a pharmacy doesn't have this type of payment, especially one that offers night service... also because in an emergency one doesn't think about going to collect the goods first?? !!!
