I understand the moment for this pandemic, but it is not possible to make those who have to take the swab test and those who have to take the vaccine stand in two queues/wait on the pavement, without giving any numbers to respect the queue, therefore creating chaos and shouting , causing enormous annoyance to traders and the town...even a very unpleasant case for me, I booked for the vaccine days before Christmas, they give me an appointment for January 4th at 1.30pm, I arrive at 1pm, I ask the pharmacy for the my turn, reply I wasn't on the list, I point out that on my Sinfonia application, I had received the communication for the ok to the appointment and the vaccine, reply that there had been an error but they couldn't do anything, the 'the only thing proposed to me was to wait for the last one in the queue to see if someone missed the appointment and in that case they would do it for me, despite being cold and sorry, I decide to wait and hope, well I'll get the vaccine at 4pm about...😪😪😪 poor us
