For this single case, one star is too much..... purchased a covid test (non-salivative) paid 16.90 euros, the same at the pharmacy in my country 9 euros, and always the same in the neighboring country 6.50 euros , always the same, I repeat, the same..... and don't tell me that it depends on the day because it can change by 10% not 100% this is sailing on other people's misfortunes... you replied that they are impossible to find, but they also have them in other pharmacies, and the contradiction is that if I come to you to do it it costs me 15 euros if I take it to make it myself it costs 17!!!!! let's not try to climb on straws by saying that they are unobtainable, and saying that in any case someone buys it, it's not very serious, really not serious, the classic quick response from intelligent but not very wise people

My daughter had pain in one ear. I asked for ear drops for acute inflammation, therefore anti-inflammatory and/or cortisone, but they necessarily wanted to give me an antibiotic product with an anesthetic. I insisted and they told me that a doctor's prescription was needed. I insisted again knowing that there are products without a prescription requirement and the other customers started to follow the matter. Only then did the person I needed ask a colleague and they finally gave me a product with anti-inflammatory and cortisone. I understand the rush of pharmacies in tourist places but not all children like my daughter have a doctor father capable of managing a similar situation! I felt cheated as if I had gone to buy candy at the bar. I hope it was a moment of weakness due to tiredness!

I'm sorry to report this incident, but you can't sell a quick swab at a cost of €14.90 when the price is halved in other pharmacies. Paid €7.00 elsewhere, I recommend asking first, a mistake I made by not thinking about such an unjustified difference
