Very good stuff

It's not the first time I've placed an order by phone and, when I go to this pharmacy at the time given to me for collection, I'm told that the product won't arrive (or will arrive only after days). As in the past, they did not bother to check during the phone call that the drugs were actually available or for when, nor did they ask for my telephone number so they could notify me in time and thus allow me to contact another pharmacy and not be left without drugs. The first time it happened to me, when I pointed out the superficiality and lack of professionalism (they don't sell peanuts but medicines...), the pharmacist reacted with enormous rudeness trying to place the responsibility on me; since then it hasn't happened again because I insist that they check immediately and notify me in time of any inconvenience; this time it was my mistake to have trusted, and the pharmacist on duty first tried to blame me, and after I pointed out the inefficient method, he simply made a wall of silence and mouthed a mouthful of "I'm sorry". tightened after my insistence. Very bad. I would like to point out that generally in this pharmacy women pharmacists, compared to men, are much more professional and attentive, at least this is my experience.

The staff is courteous and helpful and the pharmacy is well stocked. Unfortunately, however, the regular customers are very rude and systematically pass in front of the queue every time I enter and this does not happen in other pharmacies. If something could be done about this, as it happens all the time, it would be appreciated
