Farmacia Al Ponte Vecchio Snc

This is one of my favorite pharmacies in Florence. They carry great quality skin care products at good prices and the pharmacists are extremely helpful and friendly. They have even ordered my preferred brands for me. Also, they can speak English if you need help with translation.

I went to this small pharmacy because it was close to my apartment. They had the medicine I wanted but don't sell the other things, school supplies, that I need. The young sales clerk was very kind and helpful when I explained that I came to Italy to study the language. She went into the back room and brought a box of colored markers and a small notebook to get me started. She said they were a gift. Great customer service.

The lady in the store is super nice and tried to communicate with me in English. I was here for a present for my mother, and the lady showed different products with detailed information. At the end, she wrapped the facial cream in a super nice way, becoming a cheerful gift! It’s such a pleasant experience, though I can’t speak a word of Italian.

Very well stocked pharmacy in the centre of the old town and tourist area. I tend to come here quite often as it is on my route and I must say the place is very well stocked both with regards to obviously medication as well as with regards to cosmetics. Very well set up, modern and clean. Huge windows allow me to always check how busy it before going in - if like me you suffer from being around too many people this is excellent and you can't be too careful these days with covid and all. I have found the staff to always be helpful, well informed and very polite every time I have visited and they have always been very obliging when I have required something. All around excellent pharmacy and I have oftentimes preferred to come here than visit others closer to my house.
