I called to find out if it was possible to carry out a swab on Sunday morning as I am not familiar with these things and I wanted very simple information, but the lady on the phone, in addition to having little desire to work, replied in a very rude way "look, we are in holidays from 9th to 25th” as if I had a magic sphere where I could see their commitments. Do you think if I knew I would have called you? I don't know what the reasoning is, now the heat is making people's neurons shrink.

Bad experience in addition to not being provided, now as availability being the only ones open they don't even print the green passes which is crazy.
Not exactly kind and helpful...
Arrogant and opinionated. With a nightly surcharge of almost 4 euros it doesn't even make a smart receipt. Never again
